Pretreatment

Our aggressive pretreatment processes position us far ahead of industry standards.  We utilize a highly desirable RO water system in all washing operations.  In addition, our 7-stage washer boasts laser-scale removal capabilities, which combined with RO water, gives unmatched paint-to-part adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance.

Custom Masking

Our team of experts is ready to tackle the most difficult masking challenge.  We will custom mask any part to meet customers' specifications, including masking parts to create a brilliant multi-toned effect.

Pre-Finishing

From filling porous materials to sanding and grinding welds or rough metal castings, our skilled technicians can prepare any substrate for the coating process.

Artwork

Our silk-screening and decal capabilities add a quality finished touch to our customers' products.  From large boat motor covers to small metal plates, we can add artwork to virtually any part necessary.
